连续运行气动空气增压系统使用效果好吗?

针对24小时满负荷作业的话,会有一下几方面影响。密封圈24小时接连摩擦会导致其易老化变形。密封圈和缸筒之间不间断摩擦时间长了,会引起金属疲软影响其运用寿命。无法进行定期保养,影响其运用寿命。那么怎样解决这几种问题呢?1:备用一套空气增压体系,备用空气增压体系和本来空气增压体系能够进行替换运用(如4小时轮替一次)。
