为什么气体增压泵经常突然不工作了?

气体增压泵在我们日常生产中非常常见,包括很多成品设备上也配有气体增压泵。很多人反应,气体增压泵经常性的突然不工作,究其原因很多人认为是活塞片卡住了。

大多数这种现象是因为换气阀里面的阀芯密封出了问题,大多数生产厂家做的阀芯,放置O型圈的凹槽深浅不一,太浅O型圈暴露在外的量较大,时间长了O型圈容易磨损,一旦O型圈烂掉,阀芯和阀体就出现金属之间相互直接接触,这样就容易被卡住。另外,如果凹槽太深,O型圈裸露出的部位太少,容易出现密封不良,漏气。根据多年的经验,O型圈裸露在外的量以O型圈厚度的1/4佳。这个数据一能使密封性能好;并不会损伤O型圈。
