管道增压泵的工作原理

增压泵利用大面积活塞的低压气体(2—8bar)驱动而在小面积活塞上产生高压气体/液体。可用于压缩空气及其他气体,输出气压可通过驱动气压无级调节。 气体管道增压泵有单作用泵和双作用泵。双作用泵气活塞在往复两个冲程中都压缩气体。
High pressure gas / liquid is produced on a small area piston by driving a low pressure gas (2 - 8bar) of a large area piston. It can be used for compressed air and other gases, and the output air pressure can be stepless regulated by driving air pressure. The booster pump of gas pipeline has single acting pump and double acting pump. The double acting pump piston compresses the gas in two strokes of reciprocating stroke.
