气体增压泵顾名思义是增压气体的增压泵,其原理是利用低压气体推动大活塞来带动高压增压缸的小活塞,通过大小活塞的面积比来得到气体增压泵的增压比。为什么说气体增压泵的使用对多个方面有要求呢?

2.气源方面:气体增压泵的驱动气源一般是在1.8-8bar压力范围,不建议它的驱动气源超过10bar,如果驱动气源过高,那么很大程度上会对泵体造成损伤,更有甚者会对操作人员造成人员伤亡

4.对现场使用环境方面:现场使用环境一定要干净,不能有太大的粉尘颗粒状,驱动气源及被增压介质水分不要含量太多,这样会大大降低泵的使用的寿命;
