1、工作原理上的区别:

气体增压泵是以压缩空气为动力源的活塞式增压泵,进气时,增压气控阀的阀芯往复切换进行工作,控制增压阀活塞以极快的速度作往复动作,随着输出压力增大一直到恒定,活塞往复速度减慢直到停止。输出压力到达恒定后,能量消耗到达低,各个部件停止工作。当保压回路压力下降时,增压阀会自动启动,补充泄漏的压力,无论什么原因导致的压力下降,增压发始终会保持回路压力恒定。

当驱动活塞向后运行时,增压泵将液体吸入泵内,入口处的单向阀此时打开,出口单向阀关闭。活塞向前运行时,在液体一侧会形成一定压力,此时入口处单向阀关闭,出口处单向阀打开,高压液体就从出口处流出。
