　　1.换向阀卡住2.消音器堵塞。解决办法：

　　1.取下换向阀卡簧，将换向阀芯取出，清除污物，涂润滑脂反向装好。

　　解决办法：

　　取下换向卡簧，将换向阀阀芯密封件，换 O形圈后，涂润滑脂反向装好。

　　三、泵动作，但行程不到位，泵频率异常快或异常慢

　　1.撞针卡住2.撞针，形圈脱落
The pin is stuck. The needle is caught and the ring falls off
　　解决办法：
The solution:
　　1.拧下撞针，用尖嘴钳，将撞针取下，擦试干净，装好拧紧
Twist the needle, use the nose pliers, remove the needle, clean it, and tighten it
　　2.拧下撞针，将 O 形圈复位，装好拧紧
Twist the needle, reposition the O, and tighten it
　　四、泵动作正常，不增压，或能增压或增压不到额定压力
The pump action is normal, not supercharged, or can pressurize or supercharge under the rated pressure
　　1.单向阀卡住或单向阀内有异物
A single valve sticking or a one-way valve has a foreign body
　　2.加压活塞密封磨损严重
The pressurized piston seal is badly damaged
　　解决办法：
The solution:
　　1.检查单向阀，清理污物，反向装好
Check the one-way valve and clean up the dirt
　　2.排除单阀卡住后，将加压缸底红色部分消音器拧下，用手堵住，如加压时，此排气孔，排气压力异常大，则证明加压活塞活塞密封严重，更换加压活塞密封。
