驱动气体:请使用清洁的气源，以保证泵能持续稳定的工作，驱动气体要求颗粒<5um，建议在泵的驱动口加配二连体，泵在装配时，所有运动部分已经抹有适量润滑油，一般不再需要润滑，如长期使用干燥的压缩气体驱动，建议在二连体的油杯内加入适量的润滑油，进行油雾润滑。

连接管路：根据泵的输出压力，请选择合适的出口连接管路，确保承受泵的较大输出压力。

气体增压泵入口压力：入口压力越大，流量也随之增大，单级增压泵，需要一定的预压才能达到理论较大输出压力。双级增压泵，入口压力要求1-10bar，入口压力不允许超过10bar,建议<8bar。确保泵的使用寿命。

启动：该泵的小驱动压力为1.5-2bar，可通过调整二连体调压阀调节驱动气体的压力，以达到你所需要的压力。

接口尺寸很重要：请确认所安装的螺钉和管是否适合泵的范围，为保证液泵能获得理想的流量和压力，不能减少泵的尺寸。

气体增压泵的操作温度：标准温度范围为-20度到80度，采用VE密封材质的液泵较大操作温度可达60度，短时操作时，较大操作温度可达80度。

如在户外为0度或低于0度的情况下可提供特殊的密封介质。

推荐驱动空气质量：根据PNEUROP (欧洲增压器，真空泵和气驱工具制造委员会)推荐代号611/1948的规定，驱动气体为3-4个质量级别。

注意:当使用湿气或高度湿气时会产生结冰现象，建议在此情况下在空气驱动管线上安装一个水分离器或干燥器。如果驱动空气过于干燥且露点低于-40度，建议使用油雾器。选用优质的驱动气体能够延长液泵的密封件使用寿命。
