气动空气增压泵假如不能正常作业,有如下几种或许:
If the pneumatic air booster pump can not operate normally, there are several following possibilities:
1.驱动活塞密封伯磨损,导致活塞上侧和下侧串气
1. drive piston seal wear, leading to the side and bottom side of the piston.
2.操控阀损坏,导致换向阀不能正常作业
2. the damage of the control valve causes the reversing valve not to work normally.
3.换向阀太脏,或它的密封件损坏,导致它不能动作

4.两活塞衔接处损坏,开口销掉落,两活塞杆错位,导致活塞杆不能移动

在作业中有进会呈现这种状况:需增压气体被断开,却开着增压泵,增压泵噪声也很大.此进增压泵作业频率很高,压力却无法加上去,增压泵噪声也很大.长期这样作业,很简单损坏泵.相同道理,当增压泵出口压力很低时,增压泵作业频率会很高,增压泵也简单损坏.

气体增压泵
在实际作业中级连增压泵呈现过这种特殊状况:卸压阀V5不断卸压,增压泵1频率很快,增压泵2频率低,仔细检查后发现V5设定值偏小,调高设值后,呈现可调压力开关阀V6很多放气.后来确认是增压泵1有问题.本来该增压泵1的操控阀V2上侧与管道2连通,没有断开.因而增压泵1不断增压,不受V6操控.换句话说,该泵与规划图纸要求类型相同,可是它少装了一个小零件及气路客道堵头,然后导致作业不正常.这个零件应该安装在泵内,因而不易发现.为了使该设备可以正常作业,采取了的办法:将增压泵1进气的截止球阀进气量关小,然后降低了增压泵1的作业频率,使泵组保持正常作业.彻底处理则是装上该堵头.

还有一种特殊状况:增压泵2突然停止作业,总压力也上不去了.在现场检查,发现它的换向阀V3被顶信不能动弹.所以关了增压泵组的紧缩空气,卸下V3时,发现V3的阀心被一股气往处弹出.本来导致V3的阀心不能运动是因为该阀右端有压强,没有卸压.之所以没有卸压是因为活塞停在了中心方位,没有碰开操控阀V1.导致活塞停在中心有三个原因:

2.气体增压泵有两个增压气缸,作业时是双向紧缩,双向行程都需求供给驱动。

3.活塞在停止状态下启动时静摩擦力大.装回换向阀V3,翻开紧缩空气重新启动,泵组作业正常处理这种故障还有一个办法,就是关掉紧缩空气,让高压气体出口压强降到3Mpa左右,再重新启动泵组。
