对于气液增压泵你真的了解吗?

气液增压泵是以紧缩空气为动力,基于面积差原理,使液压油按固定增压比连续输出并用来驱动液压执行器工作的一种泵产品。
Pneumatic-hydraulic booster pump is a kind of pump product, which is driven by compressed air and continuously outputs hydraulic oil according to fixed boost ratio based on the principle of area difference.
气液泵自动循环工作。在紧缩空气接通初期,它做为普通液体保送泵,此时循环速度快,输出液体流量较大。随着输出压力的逐步进步,活塞接受的阻力也越来越大,泵的循环速度也越来越慢。
The gas-liquid pump circulates automatically. In the initial stage of tight air connection, it acts as a common liquid delivery pump, at which time the circulation speed is the fastest and the output liquid flow rate is the largest. 当输出压力的反作用力与气动驱动力到达均衡时,泵将自动停下来。这时泵处于保压状态而不耗费任何能量,因而它提供了一个经济的动力源。
When the reaction force of the output pressure reaches equilibrium with the pneumatic driving force, the pump will stop automatically. At this time, the pump is in a pressure-holding state and does not consume any energy, so it provides an economic power source.
气体增压泵
当因泄露或其他缘由惹起输出压力的降落时或提供的气源压力升高时泵会立刻启动,这些都得益于泵本身较低的摩擦阻力,并保证了输出压力的牢靠性。
When the output pressure drops due to leakage or other reasons or when the supply pressure rises, the pump will start immediately, which benefits from the lower friction resistance of the pump itself and ensures the reliability of the output pressure.
与普通液压站相比:

⒈由于可较长时间保压,不额外耗费能源,故俭省能源。

与增压缸相比:

由于气液增压泵可自动连续供油,故没有增压缸行程限制出油量的问题。
