1、这种故障是检查当中常见的，造成压力上不去的原因通常是因为仪器加油的时候里面有杂质，杂质进入到油缸之后，会让油缸跟油塞表面出现磨损，间隙增加或者加工精度变差的时候，就会漏油，这个时候，尽量使用粘度比较大的油，如果压力还是因为漏油下降的话，就建议更换新的油缸了。

仪器在安装之后，测力油缸初次进油的话，里面会有空气存在，如果不及时排除，不仅会影响精准度，还会造成指针震动的情况，所以空气要排空。如果油缸太脏的话，也会造成指针震动的情况，使用时大家要注意定期清油缸，清洗完成之后，拧紧螺帽之后开机，当油缸里面的油流出来的时候，再装好活塞。
