增压泵一直嗡嗡响是怎么回事?其实这是很多廉价增压泵的一个通病,造成这种现象的主要原因可能有以下几点,气液增压泵厂家为您解说。

1、压力控制系统有问题。水泵一工作就达到了控制的压力,水泵就不工作。是压力控制系统有问题。水泵一停机,压力又没有了。
1. There is a problem with the pressure control system. As soon as the water pump reaches the control pressure, the water pump will not work. There is a problem with the pressure control system. As soon as the water pump stops, the pressure disappears again.
2、止回阀漏水。止回阀本身是只能进不能出的,如果用了质量不过关的止回阀,当泵腔内水压增大时,已经被增压的水就会回渗到泵的进水端造成泵腔内部压力降低,传感器检测到水压降低后就会重新启动增压泵进行补压。

由于泵出水方向没有任何用水,很快压力重新补充上来,增压泵马上又休眠待机,往复循环就造成这种一响一停的现象。解决方法是重新更换质量过关的单向止回阀即可,其实绝大部分造成一响一停的原因就是止回阀造成的。

3、泵出水管有地方漏水。出水管方向漏水导致一响一停也和止回阀漏水一响一停的原理是一样的,都是因为泵腔内水压降低导致水泵重新启动补压造成的,由于出水方向出水量很少,导致短时间压力上升到设定压力值而使增压泵停机保压。压力达到后因为漏水又会造成水压下降,增压泵又重新补压,往复循环就会造成一响一停的现象。

Both are caused by the restart of the pump for pressure make-up due to the reduction of the water pressure in the pump chamber. The reciprocating circulation will cause the phenomenon of one sound and one stop.

4、传感器故障。当压力反馈不准确后,也会造成这种现象,原理其实都是一样,当反馈了错误的低压力之后增压泵同样会补压,往复循环。
