气体增压泵标配有两个开槽安装支架，气体增压泵可以安装在任意位置，推荐位置为垂直方向，每台售出气体增压泵都会附带图纸，标注所需的各种尺寸。

2、预增气源连接。

气体增压泵泵体上都标注“进口”，且图纸上都标有端口尺寸及型号。预增气体一定要纯净，气体介质若有杂志可能会损坏高压元件，导致气体增压泵运行故障，所以建议大家在气体增压泵进气口安装过滤装置。

The pump body of the gas booster pump is marked with "inlet", and the port size and model are indicated on the drawings. The pre added gas must be pure. If the gas medium has impurities, it may damage the high-pressure components and cause the gas booster pump to malfunction. Therefore, it is recommended to install a filtering device at the inlet of the gas booster pump.

供气回路的安装时过滤/调压阀需尽量开进气体增压泵。进气口端口为G1/4”，阀体上标注为”驱动气口“，管径为1/2”，如果管径较小，气体增压泵就不可以以流量运行。过滤调压需按照名称顺序链接，靠近气体增压泵。

When installing the gas supply circuit, the filter/pressure regulating valve should be opened as much as possible into the gas booster pump. The air inlet port is G1/4 ", and the valve body is marked as" drive air port "with a pipe diameter of 1/2". If the pipe diameter is small, the gas booster pump cannot operate at maximum flow rate. Filter pressure regulation needs to be linked in order of name, close to the gas booster pump.

4、消声器。

消声器的使用时用来降低气体增压泵运行时的噪音，保证运行环境的安静。排气口端口为G1/2”，标记为“出气口”。

在气体增压泵的配图上标有端口尺寸及型号，气体增压泵阀体上标注为“出口”，此为高压出口，所以连接时需要特别谨慎小心，连接件需要大于输出压力。

Therefore, special caution should be taken when connecting, and the connecting parts should be greater than the maximum output pressure.

6、气体增压泵的启动。

6. Start the gas booster pump.

⑴、在打开气体增压泵的进气开关之前，使用调节减压阀将气压调到“0”PSI。

Before opening the intake switch of the gas booster pump, use the pressure reducing valve to adjust the air pressure to "0" PSI.

⑵、确保所有的连接口及所有元件及安装。

(2) Ensure all connections, components, and installation.

⑶、将减压阀缓慢调节至气体增压泵开始启动，正常情况下气体增压泵在15-20PSI压力下启动。

(3) Slowly adjust the pressure reducing valve until the gas booster pump starts. Under normal circumstances, the gas booster pump starts at a pressure of 15-20 PSI.

⑷、完成1到3步骤后，调节泵的供气气压直达到系统所需输出压力为止。

⑷ After completing steps 1 to 3, adjust the air supply pressure of the pump until it reaches the output pressure required by the system.
