  阀门压力试验包括强度试验和气密性试验。强度试验是对阀体材料承载能力的试验。气密性试验是检查阀瓣和阀座密封面、阀盖和阀体垫片及填料的密封性。
  Valve pressure test includes strength test and air tightness test. Strength test is the test of bearing capacity of valve body material. Air tightness test is to check the sealing surface of disc and seat, gasket and packing of bonnet and valve body.
  1.阀门强度和密封性试验要求:
  1. Valve strength and sealing test requirements:
  强度试验:对于公称压力小于或等于42Mpa的阀门,强度试验压力为公称压力的1.5倍;当阀门处于测试压力下时,测试时间为5min。阀门无泄漏、无泄漏、无裂纹。
  Strength test: for the valve with nominal pressure less than or equal to 42MPa, the strength test pressure is 1.5 times of the nominal pressure; when the valve is under the test pressure, the test time is 5min. The valve shall be free of leakage, leakage and crack.

  2.气密性试验:阀门(蝶阀、止回阀、底阀、截止阀除外)的气密性试验压力应等于阀门的公称压力。当工作压力可以确定时,也可以用1.25倍的工作压力进行试验,在试验压力下检查阀瓣密封面是否泄漏合格。对于公称压力小于或等于2.5Mpa的水铸铁闸阀和水铸铜闸阀,允许有轻微泄漏,泄漏量不允许超过附表规定的值。
  2. Air tightness test: the air tightness test pressure of the valve (except butterfly valve, check valve, bottom valve and stop valve) shall be equal to the nominal pressure of the valve. When the working pressure can be determined, the test can also be carried out with 1.25 times of the working pressure, and under the test pressure, check whether the sealing surface of the valve disc leaks. For water cast iron gate valve and water cast copper gate valve with nominal pressure less than or equal to 2.5MPa, slight leakage is allowed, and the leakage is not allowed to exceed the value specified in the attached table.
  2、介质阀门的强度试验和密性试验强度试验和密性试验一般用纯水进行。对于工作介质为轻质石油产品或温度大于120℃的石油蒸馏产品阀门,一般用于强度试验、煤油密性试验(泄漏试验)。
  2. The strength test and tightness test of medium valve are generally conducted with pure water. For light petroleum products with working medium or petroleum distillation products with temperature higher than 120 ℃, it is generally used for strength test and kerosene tightness test (leakage test).
