空气增压泵产品有哪些应用特点?

空气增压泵,简单点来说就是用来提升气源压力的一种设备,当然还可以用于气压测试、气密性检测等。产品根据倍数可分为2/5等倍数,倍数越大,高压后流量越小。

空气增压泵为一种以压缩空气为动力源的一种活塞式增压泵。当进气时增压气控阀的阀芯往复切换工作,控制增压阀活塞以极快的速度作往复动作。随着输出压力增大,活塞的往复速度减慢直到停止,此时,增压泵输出压力达到恒定,各部件停止工作耗能达到。不管是什么原因导致保压回路压力下降,增压泵都会自动启动补充压力以达到回路压力恒定的效果。
