气液增压泵全面了解原理优势

气液增压泵是以压缩空气为动力,基于面积差原理,使液压油或其它液体按固定增压比连续输出并作为高压动力源的泵类产品,是集动力源于一体的一种变量柱塞泵。在压缩空气接通初期循环速度快,输出液体流量大。
The gas-liquid booster pump is a kind of pump product which takes compressed air as power, based on the principle of area difference, makes the hydraulic oil or other liquid output continuously according to the fixed pressurization ratio and serves as the high-pressure power source. It is a kind of variable displacement piston pump which integrates the power source. In the initial stage of compressed air connection, the circulation speed is fast and the output liquid flow is large.
随着输出压力的逐渐提高,活塞承受的阻力也越来越大,泵的循环速度也越来越慢。当输出压力对活塞的反作用力与气体驱动力达到平衡时,泵将自动停止。这时泵处于保压状态而不消耗任何能量,因此它提供一种经济的动力源。

气液增压泵
当因泄露或其它原因引起输出压力下降或者提供的气源压力升高时泵会立即启动,给系统补压,这得益于泵自身较低的摩擦阻力,并保证输出压力的稳定性。双作用泵比单作用泵的脉动更小,输出脉动更小,输出流量比同系列的单作用泵提高50%。
