气液增压泵和气体增压泵能通用吗?不能!气体增压泵,是增压各种气体的,气液是增压液体的,都是增压泵,但是内部构造不同。

1、气体部分

这一部分由一个装有o型密封圈的轻质异径活塞和一个外层玻璃纤维缠绕或硬铝镀层、中间用环氧树脂填充的套筒组成,活塞置于套筒内。

The diameter of this air piston is constant for any series of pneumatic pumps. When the compressed air enters the pneumatic device, it forces the piston to enter the compression stroke, and then the air drives the piston to return for the suction stroke (except for the M-series pump with automatic spring return function). Unlike many other pumps, the pneumatic device pipeline does not need to use lubricant due to its inherent low friction characteristics and lubrication during assembly.

2. Hydraulic part
液压装置的活塞/冲杆直接与活塞连接,其下端装入液压装置壳体之内。它的直径确定了泵的压缩比,从而确定输出流量和大压力。它的作用是通过进口控制阀将液体吸入,并在较高压力下通过出口控制阀使其流出。该装置装有弹簧止回阀,用于控制液体进出通道。
The piston/ram of the hydraulic device is directly connected with the piston, and its lower end is installed into the housing of the hydraulic device. Its diameter determines the compression ratio of the pump, thus determining the output flow and large pressure. Its function is to suck in the liquid through the inlet control valve and make it flow out through the outlet control valve under high pressure. The device is equipped with a spring check valve to control the liquid inlet and outlet channels.
当液压装置的活塞/冲杆处于吸入冲程时,进口控制阀打开,出口控制阀通过弹簧保持关闭时,将液体引入泵内。升压冲程时,进口控制阀关闭,液压装置的活塞/冲杆通过出口控制阀迫使液体流出。
When the piston/plunger of the hydraulic device is on the suction stroke, the inlet control valve opens, and the outlet control valve is kept closed by the spring to introduce the liquid into the pump. During the boost stroke, the inlet control valve is closed, and the piston/ram of the hydraulic device forces the liquid out through the outlet control valve.
动态密封圈位于液压装置活塞/冲杆的周围,而且是一种几乎无磨损的零件。它的作用是循环期间,在压力下能够容纳液体,并防止外部泄漏或渗入气体装置。
The dynamic sealing ring is located around the piston/ram of the hydraulic unit and is a part with almost no wear. Its function is to contain liquid under pressure and prevent external leakage or infiltration into the gas device during circulation.
根据泵出液体的介质、使用温度和增压比,选用了不同的密封材料和形式。大多数泵在气动部分与液压部分之间均使用一个定位件,以便使其完全分离,并进行无污染操作。
Different sealing materials and forms are selected according to the medium, service temperature and pressurization ratio of the pumped liquid. Most pumps use a positioning piece between the pneumatic part and the hydraulic part to completely separate them and carry out pollution-free operation.
