气体增压泵对压缩空气的压力和流量具体有哪些要求呢?

对于压力方面一般要为3-8bar(0.3-0.8MPa),当然不是这个压力范围内,同一台增压泵的增压效果一样的,同一台增压泵的增压比(驱动活塞与增压活塞的面积比)是固定的,当然,驱动气压3bar时与驱动气压8bar时的输出压力是不一致的。

气体增压泵
耗气量的要求,一般要求流量≥0.6m?/min左右,耗气量不是一个固定值,当气体增压泵的负载越小时,增压泵的频率越快,负载越大时,气体增压泵的频率越慢,当达到输出压力时,气体增压泵停止工作,不在耗气。空气压缩机的选择上,7.5kW的空压机配套200L以上的气罐,是让气体增压设备正常工作的要求。
